    I 'm Bulimic and im Anorexic so its pretty much some sort of advice in my opinion

    Habbits:Not excersising,eating Junk Food (Always) Don`t drink water neve rlast time I hard it was a year ago! I don`t eat fruit I love mcdonalds and pizza and I drink load sof coca cola!

    Solution:
    Excercise;Hoover, ride a bike to school, walk to school. Chew Gum instead of eating lots. Drink lots of diluted jucie (healthy and includes water have sugar free juice if u can) Drink diet drinks. Also have slow acting foods (research..)

    i know this as im diabetic

    also guys remember that it dosnt matter wot age you are always if you were 10 and u were over 6ft then being lets say 12 stone at age 10 wouldnt be a bad thing at all.
    also some ppl have big bones or threw ya teens your muscles may grow etc.
    think bout it many footballers (none of which look fat) can be weighing in at 14/15 stone and they are not always the tallest ppl.

    oo yeah im 8 1/2 stone. im 5ft 7 and am 14.

    If you find it hard todo alot fo work at the same time ( Like 30 sit ups ), Work up, Do 2 sit ups and then maybe in a few hours do 3,4,5,6,7 and so on, Only do 10 a day thoug.
    Walk around more, Try and find a sport you enjoy.
