Exactly, lack of staff from sulake and support means Callie has to fend for herself. Because of this everything is lagged and I am sure I haven't seen some of the staff on for a while. Why Sulake need to do is hire staff for emails, prizes and events. Callie would have less work to do and only needs to tell people whats happening and basically take part in big events and shows.

Perhaps that's why she goes to Cheezy2 becayse she needs someone to help be a character like Santa, MrHabbo and so on?

Possibly. The amount of people that have said to me "sulake need to hire more staff." I was talking to a mate about it the other day and we realised they won't do it. It means they will have to shell out expenses to pay staff. They are greedy and won't want to spend money doing this. All they care about is profit. Hence the reason it is likely that the DJ decks will be out tomorrow. Yet more money for them to fill their oversized pockets with.

Just another thing to remember. When Ione was Hotel Manager, Habbo was less "popular" and now when Callie is in charge there is 8-9000+ on at peark times.

Actually if Habbo just got more staff they could gain more money.

Think of it like this, over the passed few years Habbos have been leaving because they don't get the help they deserve, therefore they leave or not buying anymore credits because of lack of assistance. With more staff people would gain the confidence to returnand buy credits freely knowing that they may have their email answered in a matter of days than weeks, months or years.

All they need to do is hire about 10 people to answer emails, and because Sulake is a Multi Million Pound business, they are surely able to pay them, they are just to snobbish to realise that money is not all that important without customers to give money

Everyone who has played Habbo long enough to remember Ione obviously misses her. She was the best damn Hotel Manager ever. We got cool furni on her b-day. Please bring her back, I know it will lower the value of my thrones but wouldn't it be worth it to get the greatest HM ever back and start getting cool gifts again

Ione was the best but shes got a better job now and more pay so shes happy - everyone desives a chance but when they mess it up....

I do not see the point of ione going back or in other words getting her self a lower rank space in sulake, to be honest and in my opinion that is stupid why would she want to go back slaving her bum next to a comp.

I have to laugh at you Shenk, People need to earn a living from the money that they recieve, you don't see Callie work in the offices by any chance do you? Didn't think so.
If someone had a job and didn't recieve their wages, there would be no use of them doing that job, Callie has to recieve money to make a living.
Thats what business's are all about. You work to recieve.
