I have one out, and one with the bump, as long as they don't bother you, you wont have to get them removed.

OKAYYYY JUST AN UPDATE..... I went to my dentist today and he's taken a look. He says it looks fine for now as there's plenty of room for it to grow, but obviously he can't tell which way it's going to go yet. Just need to try and keep cleaning it as best I can and just let it grow!

I didn't have any problems with mine =O I had so much room, and they've come through fine! (= Hope you're okay now Mathewx

They hurt when growing in a little bit but it hurts worse having them taken out. I only had one out because it was an emergancy situation.
