Highest hit with mage (No iban or Mage arena staffs)

Yep I can hit 13s with fire bolt.

I've just cast fire bolt 100 times, wearing full black mystic, god cape, god staff, glory ammy and prayer book. The max I ever hit is 12, so you can't hit 13's.

The max you can his is 14 shane (with water blast), unless you're using Iban staff with which you can hit 25's, but that doesn't count.

It is if you do underground pass.. But I would raise prayer to 43 first though, and you need a good agility level.

ive got the prayer you need (44 ive got) and im starting to get my agility up from zero to like 30

Um well 24 with Iban staff O_O I never looked how much I hit with other spells, but I hate iban staff. I went to barrows (init Lewis) and it broke ''/ I was fighting and it got out of spells, god.
