    can't say i've ever been in one. i think it's the stereotypical side of charity shops that puts people off shopping in there.

    i go in them sometimes with my gran, usually to have a look at books and stuff cause you can find some really good books/dvds for decent prices. most of the clothes in my local ones don't really appeal to me though.

    the charity shops round my area are quite over priced sometimes there are some gems but they're very good at knowing what will sell so put the prices up way high

    I know they are very fashionable and trendy - or they were for quite some time with the whole 'vintage chic' thing - but, sadly, I can't say I have ever gone in one! As Tom said, menswear is rarely found in the charity shops and even if you do find some it is often not something you would wear. I am glad, though, that so many of you have found great deals in them. That is fantastic especially if you are on a budget! I think they are great places.

    idk i always give me old books to charity shops but i don't really like any clothes there.
