flowers, 2 yankee candle tarts, a set of two little yankee candle tealight holders, [they're adorable] and a card :-)

I get shouted if I buy her yankee candles as seriously our house is full of them. She has a whole massive box of all different yankee candles, and the big ones and the electronic thingy smell ones omg confusing.

I got her a card, and a stone buddha for the garden and plants, with chocolates.

it's not mother's day yet here. but i have a plan and i'm planning on making a massive scrapbook for her.. i'll probably do it at my friend's house to make sure she doesn't notice bt this

Since my mother and grandmother both live in France and la fête des mères is not celebrated until late May (or early June in some cases) I haven't really purchased anything to send to the mothers in my life. You guys have given me some great ideas, though! Thank you. You are all very thoughtful and I hope your mothers all enjoy their special day.

I bought the presents but me and my sister gave her them from us both.

Got her a big card.
Got her a notepad and pen because she's always ranting that we nick hers.
Got her a little bear ornament that has a heart in it's hands saying 'Mum' and it says 'I Love You' on bottom.
Some slippers (last minute gift didn't know she wanted slippers until Friday night).
Also put some daffodils and a card on my Nan's grave .

aww you guys got your mums lovely things! i made lunch (kinda) and we went for a lovely drink this morning after i gave blood got my nan a card too. my mum can't eat chocolates cos she's diabetic.
