But if people lose out on rares, it means they will have to buy more to get back to where they were, meaning that Habbo got even more money

And of course Habbo care about the values. The higher the values the more money they get, as a Habbo would have to buy hcs or rares up to that price.

Habbo will release the Dj Decks or Disco Plaque, they have already released the record and I am sure they are not that shallow to release it again and besides, they would probably release the the Decks to make alot of money but Imp has confirmed it is the Plaque so who am I to ramble.
