    its not breaching copyright unless he uses it himself, plus you havent registered the site with the copyright office .. so its not officially copyrighted
    actually thats only in america. International law states if you make it you own the copyright.

    OMG really :@ thats a pretty stupid law how many arguments would it cause! if youve registered it youve got proof "/

    i dont get the dispute, copyright laws, are taken from where ever the owner of the copyright that was breached is located, so propbably would be uk copyrioght law, wich is autmatic, and anyone who cairs to can easly find the age of a website wich is first bla bla bla.

    No downloading someones site, viewing the sorce is not a breach of copyright, but takeing the sorce useing it on another site clameing it was mine bla bla bla would be "/

    but as there isnt any of this, theres no dispute to start with "/

    ps. hotlinking aka band width stealing is a crime thogh.
