I think he isn't saying he will release only old rares. He is saying they are going to put old rares someday (maybe tomorrow, maybe in 2 years).

I said they, because sometimes they can't release the rare they want, they have to release the rare that Sulake told them. That's the reason because sometimes in many hotels they have the same rare at the same time. (Speakers corner, gold ice cream maker, etc...)
