I know that they have had a maintanance break and all but they when i logged bak on my character had been reset, my room had been deleted and all my furni was deleted except for my dog that i had in my hand. well if habbo dont fix it then theyre getting reported to the police for stealing my money

You Can't Sue Them, You Need To Find Out What You Did First... Trace Your Computor For Viruses Or Keyloggers, Email Habbo... They Might Have Just Tempararely Taken It Away Or You May Have Got Scammed, Someone Guessed Your Password Or You Used A Server...

Do not take out your frustration on us, we are trying to help you.

I believe there is something on the Terms and Conditions (can't be bothered to read the whole thing) about you being responsible for your account's safety. That means you can't blame Sulake if you had a keylogger or spyware on your computer and had your account taken over.

I think there is also something else about Sulake having control over your furniture.

If you could sue Habbo Hotel for loss of your furniture, then they wouldn't be operating anymore. Chances are you were hacked. If your pet is still in your hand, the hackers probably couldn't get at it, since your pet belongs to your account forever.
