i do kickboxing and boxing - dont do boxing hurts like heck and the pain comes back even ifu aint doing it u get random headaches from nowhere

Only a little over weight Im 13stone and 6ft so only over weight but not majorly over weight...
Um.. I think I have loads more beifits.. Are you in high school yet as thats when I found the benifits.. Not being picked on etc.. Also sports you can throw further etc.. because of your weight is behind it

are good. And if that doesn't work, block.. You do take some hits, but I mean they don't hurt THAT bad. Sure, some may leave bruises but that's all.

Just giving advice.... I appreciate the advice but I oddly like being weak. While working in the factory for 2 years hanging parts I put on muscle but a year later while at college I kind of lost it. I don't really miss it as no one messes with me and if anyone did a good knee to the gut and a head shot with my guitar and I'm good.
umm u need to see the guys im facing -.- im only good for my speed and my quick jabs the guys i fight all bout hard hits kinda hard to block when im jammed in the corner or against the ropes with sum massive guy wailing on me still fun tho :d
