ive seen them on another "place" but they never gave them to buy on real habbo.

The stars have been out for ages, I'm *sure* it was to do with a disney promotion, and I think it was either on .nl or .dk?

K ye, checked the link above^It was on .nl. And staff have access to every effect created I believe, all they have to do is type a command followed by a number corresponding to an effect./
