Ahh well, **** happens eh? PC World doesn't have any better PCs. The drive is the AOC 2436Swa user guide monitor driver i-Menu Software.

Take it back to the store for a refund. Tell them you are not happy with the performance. If it's within 7 days you shouldn't have a problem.

I know but what PC could I get better from PC World for the same amount of money or less or John Lewis? I CANNOT make my own.

No because my mum only trusts PC World or John Lewis / HP / Dell official sites. I was going to buy from chill blast but we just don't trust them.
