Bob on the UK hotel was originally registered in 2001 as "bob" whereas your account was registered in 2004 as "Bob", enough said on the topic of phony-ness

The hotels merged, "bob" from the UK hotel no longer exists as it was given a prefix. The account I now use, Bob, was registered on the US hotel. I still visit and talk to the same people I did then, enough said.
