I know how you feel! I've been unfairly banned, contacted them using habbo help tool and their @sulake.com emails. The only response was from Glitterkats assistant who said she doesn't deal with bans. It's been a month. I had bought hc and got to use it for about 3 days.

I had an account that Habbo changed the password on for no reason. I wasn't hacked because I take severe precautions to protect my pc and network. All of the items on my account remained untouched and furthermore I noticed that no one had logged in from the previous time I was online.. They totally avoided all of my emails over a span of 4 weeks and it's been 6 months with still not 1 single productive response to the incident. I was given the run around with templated emails and when I finally got a response from the Hotel Manager he gave me the original password that I used to sign up and said "This is my current password" it didn't work, I emailed them again 4 or 5 times and at that point they totally stopped responding.
This was on the Canadian Hotel. I have since received my retribution from them in another way that they had no part in helping me obatin.
My policy is if they don't help you, help yourself.
i tottally agree with you.... they never respond to things like that . i think they need more staff to be honest
