    No I can't. I literally closed the account after I transferred the money to the paypal I had forgotten the user/pass too.

    Has the person who bought the license off you been contacted by PayPal?

    Well it does seem to be massively complicated by the fact you closed the account the money was originally sent to. Normally I'd expect the account the money was sent from (in this case the closed account) to be limited and the money returned to that account. Since it appears that the issue is related between the transaction between your two accounts I don't see why you should be withholding the vBulletin license from whoever you bought it from as they've successfully paid you the money.

    I assume you used correct details (name, address, DoB, etc.) for the account you setup and is now closed and that those details match your main account?

    I managed to call PayPal and it is all figured out now. It was a mistake from there end. Thanks for all your help though. =]
