Anything that encourages people adding others and socialising i'm all for. To many cliques on Habbo, and this can batter the door down and get different people chatting to others.

    You're all just grumps.

actually not so bothered about the badge anymore, it's too annoying having this many friends because of all the invites which people are giving me even though i appear offline?!?!

I wouldn't call people grumps . For instance I only accept people/add people if I've spoken to them, and anyone can come up and say hi to me, I see the friendlist as a collective body of people who bothered to be nice and talk, not a bunch of randomers who won't ever speak to me and only added me to boost themselves :p

Though in a way I can see what habbo are trying to do.

Yes it encourages people adding others, but it doesn't encourage "socialising" per se. People are only adding each other to gain the badge, and I daresay the new "friends" will either be deleted or ignored after they've reached the milestone. It feels like Habbo are trying to force people into friendships. Friendships should be created over a period of time; they shouldn't be something that you can just pick up off the shelf.

Anyway I feel bad for using this for the small boost, goign into the Welcome Lounge and going through a huge list cleanout following that.

got the X badge, but having 900 friends, and up to 300 online at once is too much in my opinion. Getting constant invites (even though my sound is off), it's hard to keep track, and send the occasional invite.
