Probably the piano too, I'd love to just play anything instantly, tempted to start learning in the near future once this massive backlog of work is gone. In second place (and more realistic chance) would be tennis, I was fairly good as a kid but lost interest for a good amount of years, probably from around age 10 (******* Habbo :L) to around Wimbledon this year.

Singing. It's the best instrument as you take it wherever you go, and if you're proper pro, you can just go on X Factor and become famous pretty easily. World famous. Rich beyond your wildest dreams. I suck at singing.

Maths, Science, etc. is also a good choice and can help society. Imagine being 100x smarter than Einstein! You could invent anything that could possibly be invented.

Another one I'd like to be pro at is social skills; imagine being constantly hilarious and charming 24/7 without even trying.

Loads of people are saying piano. I'm pretty decent at it already, so I wouldn't pick that. Anyway, I think there are better options to pick than piano, like the examples in this post.
