Depends on Skin, broken on SS2010 despite Matt's claims that a refresh will fix the fact that the image is contained within html comment tags.

Because someone's been a bit of a fool and not bothered looking in the CSS file... I made sure it all worked and gave Matt instructions on how to move it to the live forum, quit complainin'

If you report a post and it gets closed, then you report it again for whatever reason it only edits the comment from when you first reported it - are moderators informed again or not?

Since the Super Moderators can see reported posts via two ways, one of them being the original way then yeah they can see if a post has been reported again by the same user.
