Hey,

The only games visible to developers on the sandbox hotel are those which Sulake have created, and that which a personal company or educational institution is working on. You can't view games in progress from other companies.

Given the above, there is no reason to let anyone other than an API developer onto the hotel. All accounts you find are either owned by API developers, or are current (&& past) Sulake employees.

But users cannot talk on the Sandbox hotel, there is no moderation so it is there strictly for development and testing purposes. You would not be able to communicate, or talk with developers about upcoming games

On-top of that, games created by development companies may not be suitable for Habbo, and therefore will not be pushed to the real hotel(s). It's not safe to let young teens, be unmoderated in an environment that may contain unsuitable themes.
