They've been fine as well - Unless you mean with a number of people but 1 to 1 has been fine.

I blame the person I talk to then! There aren't any tricks, ports or anything to increase the quality of Skype?

If theres various recipients then perhaps you're the problem

But yeah voice and video calls on Skype have always been fine for me, a lot better than MSN as well

Usually just with one person its fine on video but when we start using the microphone it lags. Meh maybe it's just us

I don't think Skype like some broadband companies. O2/Be Un Limited seems fine with Skype, but anything like Orange it tends to hate, despite similar download/upload speeds. That's the only problem I have had with it, but other than that it's fine
