It might follow the FPTP system First one out is third in line

It'd be even more interesting if she has identical twins - if and when they become King/Queen, they could swap with their twin for a bit and see how it goes

Happy for them, I have wondered how long it would take and congratulations to them both. Hopefully everything goes well at each milestone and hopefully she'll be released from hospital fit as a fiddle.
