Firstly, spell-check everything. Wirting a novel with spelling errors will diminish the quality.
As for ideas, write what you know. What do you read? What do you watch? What are your favourite genres? Adapt it to your life; what are your hobbies and Interests? Obviously, nobody wants to read a novel about Habbo Hotel (sorry Skandar and Benney), but what about a virtual sci-fi adventure in which a group of teenagers find themselves trapped within the internet and travel across the perilous terrain of the world wide web? Use your imagination - inspiration is everywhere.

Tell a story all about how your life got flipped and turned upside down. Take a minute, sit right there and tell the world all about how you became the Prince of a wondrous land named "Bel Air".
The novel begins with you, born and raised in west Philadelphoria. In the forest you spent most of your days, relaxing and enjoying the freedom of the land. When one cold winter's evening, a gang of treacherous foreign thieves began to cause mischief amongst you and your fellow countrymen. You found yourself in one small battle and in a state of fear your mother sent you to reside with relatives in the emerald land known as Bel Air.
You awaited your horse and cart and as it appeared it was labelled "Noble". If anything you thought the cart was rare but you disregarded it and began your journey to Bel Air.
You arrived at the manor of your relatives and thanked your driver most courteously. You admired the kingdom, you were finally there! To seek the throne and become the Prince of Bel Air.
Call it "The Noble Prince of Bel Air"
