Anyway, 500c is a lot but it's upto the person, I didn't know Blazing Suns were worth that, I'd have preferred a Totem Planet for near enough the same price. Anyway the room looks nice, although it's Winter Zoe .

Unless something consistantly sells like that u can't use that as a reason. think about how cod-peace got backed recently, and his hacker, not naming due to forum rules, was selling stuff like gtabs super cheap and moodis. One account does not justify a set value.

This, I sold my #4 Leviathan for 469c.
This got sold on and David managed to buy it back for less than what I originally sold and then he sold for profit.

I do like the room though. Not a lot going on but its made well and looks good! I don't like rooms which are just stuffed with furni so good job!

Very nice room! I really think you should get a Colour Toner to make the background more bright like a sky blue? Also some clouds would look nice. Also a gate for the bar should be put down so people can get in and out

I gave the room a rough valuing and I think for 500c it isn't as good because if you spent time going round shops (I'm assuming you didn't but I may be wrong ) you would get better deals and would probably be able to cut the cost down to at least 300c.

I know you don't want criticisms over pricing but it's just a suggestion for future rooms Anyone who thinks the room could be done for under 150c is stupid because the rares and gold bar alone basically cover that. It looks really nice, I think you should try and take on board the furni additions

maybe also some snowy pavements beside the road as they always go well

lastly tho with the value thing will you realise she has #1 pod which has sold above 20gb quite a lot recently @Pigperson; so its really pretty ok

I didn't know as the screenie doesn't show me and there isn't a clear message saying who currently owns it
