I tried teeth whitening tooth paste - Didn't work.

I then went onto laser teeth whitening - Initial first look they looked patchy white and was noticeable but was ok, but cause I drink too much tea (6 cups a day) didn't take long for them to go back to normal.

Crest White Strips - Tried and given up on them, they do make my teeth ache after awhile.

If you want nice white teeth vaneers are you option. I want these but they cost way too much maybe around 250 per tooth. So around 5k for a the front both top and bottom with the vaneers on the 'viewable' teeth.

    Vaneers example:

Alot of it depends on what you eat... Drinking tea/coffee, red wine or other coloured food/drink can have a big effect. Laser teeth whitening is cheap now... Well around £90 for an hours session which whitens your teeth for 6 months - 1 year depending on if you drink tea/coloured products thereafter and how often. I've had it done as my ex's parents had their own business, although my teeth were pretty white before. I got it free, but I would have paid their price of £90 for it if I had to. So many people do laser teeth whitening so much cheaper now. It used to cost around £300 a session.

OK been absent on the forum but feel this is well within the date boundaries for a reply.

What I do to keep my teeth white (obviously my caffeine allergy helps because of no chocolate, coffee, tea etc)

Brush in the morning, Oral-B 3D White toothpaste is a good fairly priced toothpaste.
At the end of brushing your teeth, squish water in your mouth and spit to get rid of any yucky bits but don't wash your toothbrush yet. After rinsing your mouth, gently brush all over your teeth then leave it. A little bit over your teeth isn't disgusting in the mouth but it adds a protective layer over your teeth for the day.

Eat, drink whatever. If you have loads of coffee/sweets etc then try brush as soon as you've had them. If it's not loads then don't worry. Chew Wrigley's Extra gum after eating staining foods and drinks. Don't chew 24/7 as this kills enamel and your teeth will be destroyed.

Rinse your mouth out with water during the day if you can and then at night floss and brush. Again doing the same method leaving some toothpaste covering on your teeth as this will help over night.

    Good luck

P.S I think I am very fortunate to have good teeth and sometimes is just pure luck!

Eat healthy, brush twice a day. Mouthwash and floss. Dental care at its best...

    Your teeth are awesome.

Could be a lot to this caffeine allergy. I drink a lot of tea all day everyday at work and I've never managed to get my teeth very white. I brush twice a day with sensadine pronamel. (bet I've spelt that wrong)...

Tea and coffee seem to be a big problem when trying to keep your teeth white. Stay away!

You could always do what Richard Hamond does teeth whitining! That's the secret for celebs im sure.

You can use a variety of methods to whiten teeth including whitening toothpaste, trays, strips and pens. If none of these methods work, then you can have your teeth whitened at the dentist's office.
