so how do we go about doing this? Say I want to swap my red for toms yellow would we both have to bold saying we wish to do the swap or could I bold saying I want to swap with him n it'll be done?

The swap can go ahead if you bold it, since he said he will swap with anyone. If someone says just 'I'll swap', then I'd wait for them to confirm it.
