Maybe Microsoft paint.. never made a badge with it not sure.. i would use Photoshop or Paint.NET

If you are on a Mac a good program I use for editing is paintbrush. Just give it a google and it's free. Simplistic in it's interface but it does the job

Just realised I entered into the wrong category, I thought it was St Patrick's Day Events and then I thought the General Game category was St Patrick's Day related too, so I made a St Patrick's Day themed badge and entered it into General Game but I guess that's not right? Damn
