I was the only one who got the THI70 badge that's why the desc is Designer and Receiver of rarest of all badges. Idk why it wasn't given out to everyone but the reason why only I got it is because I'm the designer of that particular badge

Ye I saw the desc and thought it was weird but I rly want that badgeeee

Thanks and yeah that is a good thing because there's the fact that my badge is now the rarest on habbo and it will remain that way because you can't have a badge with a fewer amount of people who have received it.
