I liked the first film but I'm not one of those mad super fans. I think this one could be good but doesn't look as good as the first one. I don't really know what it's about or anything though because I haven't read the books.

That was so chilling. The old man getting shot for protesting was definitely one of the biggest WTFs in the books. I think Harry Potter films suffered because they stripped away the political context for most of it whereas here, it looks to be handled well.
