As of this date room builders haven't heard any mention of any fairy tale quest or similar so its unlikely to be that as we usually hear a while before events like that happen

I think you need to stop speaking in every thread on behalf of all room builders lmao. We have not heard about several events such as Donnie, Habbo School, Easel Campaign etc. The list goes on..

If you could only buy them after being 'loyal' to habbo in some way then there will be loads floating about because no matter what achievement you look at, there are loads and loads of habbos who have earned it; the 100% true habbo badge for example.
