What time do you sleep and wake up?

sleep at about 11:30-midnight and wake up at 7am.

On school nights I'll go to bed about 11:30 and wake up at 08:00am.

Work days - Go asleep about 11.30/12.00 on a Friday and be up at 08:00 and the Sunday a half an hour/ 3/4's of an hour later.

go at midnight usually unless I am having an awf. day then it's like 2am.

Wake up 7am most days it seems, sometimes 6.

urm i go to bed between 10-1 at night depending on whats happening and wake 7am everyday (even weekends sigh body clock)
oh i have gotten into the bad habit of having afternoon naps as well for like an hour :/

I GO TO SLEEP LIKE 10 MINS LATER. Unless i lie there and think about the future for like an hour straight which I have done loads.

College nights its around 12am to 7:45am, days off is usually 1am to 12pm.
