What do you mean in this case? Surely the same rules should apply to everyone in every case. When people talking about buying/selling Habbo furni it's regarding as encouraging illegal activity, and that's the same as what I can see in this thread.

buying and selling habbo furni is actually mentioned in the rules, "encouraging breaking the habbo way/T&C"

linking to sites and talking about illegal downloads isnt. ive been edited for linking piratebay before by lee, i told him to shut up and chris removed it.

Yeah just saw that. Idk why it's allowed to encourage illegal activity, but not to encourage breaking the Habbo Way .

It seems kind of backwards. It should be no illegal talk of any kind of illegal talk really.

A6. Do not use this forum for any illegal practices, including but not limited to:

Being involved in hacking or encouraging hacking.
Breaking of the Habbo Way or encouraging T&C violation.
Posting warez or other illegal downloads.

Surely the part in red comes into play? If not, it's funny to note that it's against the rules of accusing someone of doing something illegal, but it's not against the rules for someone to do something illegal.

Couldn't agree more. I'm still surprised that it's allowed to encourage illegal activity like this!
