Be careful what you wish for!
I believe she could have easily got a manager job, yet a few times she stepped down from Senior DJ, if she persisted more she'd have been an interesting manager and would have wanted a duck skin on HabboxLive.
@orientalframe?; don't hold back Chels LMAO.
@XxZammyxX; it's her opinion so she's not wrong, she just differs from you.
Sad to see you go Gina.
love you gina you the best

not particularly rude when it's true isn't it?![]()
it's just a different matter of opinion, don't take offence or anything lol
I may enjoy something, but that doesn't mean I'm good at it. It is crap and this is coming from someone who has spent the last 6 years both as a DJ and various other senior positions at the station. It's stupid to protect yourself, if I as a manager see that it's doing ****, I will say it's **** and tell people what I'm doing to improve it.
Your listener stats are abysmal, some DJ quality isn't up to full par and apart from one or two things I don't see much innovative stuff happening at the radio. And no, please do not reply defending the department because I'm sick and tired of excuses and/or the same automated reply.
Thanks a lot Gina, I remember when you first came and grew as a DJ, and I'm glad to say that you became a great asset to HabboxLive. Although you did have quite a few blonde moments, I believe that you could have climbed even higher at the station. Best of luck in the future darling. xx

"I can be as provocative as I like but don't even bother trying to defend yourself cos I'm right, you're wrong." What a stupid thing to say. If someone enjoys their job they are going to defend it so get off that high horse!
While the resignation of any good staff member is a blow to the department, RIP is ridiculous hyperbole. The department will live on. Thanks for your time Gina![]()
If that was at me, that's silly. You can enjoy your job, but when you have stats and facts to prove it, sometimes you have simply got to admit that things aren't rosy. I wouldn't always defend a department I love, if I genuinely think things aren't right. Quite a silly comment really. I'd like to see more people with balls who actually speak truthfully and not paint everything in bright rainbow colours. As for the don't bother defending it, how can one legitimately defend it when during peak hours, DJs barely able to clock 25 listeners. I'm on no high horse, I'm calling it as I see it. Rather than "oh everyone has school" or "everyone has exams" excuse every month, I'd rather listen to people own up and say we plan to do x,y and z that will propel the radio in these areas etc."I can be as provocative as I like but don't even bother trying to defend yourself cos I'm right, you're wrong." I do not see how it is stupid for someone to defend themselves from such savage attack. If anything it is perfectly natural. Perhaps if you were to be more constructive in your critique, a dialogue would flourish but if you throw cannonballs at the castle then naturally the walls are going to rise higher. Discussion should therefore focus on the x,y,z you so cherish but seem to avoid talking about yourself. Is this because of a lack of constructive, practical ideas you can suggest yourself? It is my belief that if you wish to critique something you need to suggest alternative courses of action. I therefore look forward to hearing your ideas (you can PM me them if you want).![]()
I can suggest alternatives, but this isn't a feedback thread, I'd always be happy to suggest ideas. But at the same time, some fundamentals can be completed without my suggestions, as they are pretty much common sense, i.e. actually make some perm shows that would actually be beneficial towards the radio; I see there's a feedback thread created already and will reply more thoroughly when I get the chance.I do not see how it is stupid for someone to defend themselves from such savage attack. It's not an attack on anyone in particular, and I do love Jade and Mark and think they have great potential to turn HxL if they commit fully.
You cannot sit here in denial that things aren't good and I'm subject to opinion because the subject was brought up by a few in this thread. Also, yup, you've exposed me, I'm a savage that resorts to cannibalism.
