This is exactly why this might be problematic, because you'd have people coming up with (and quite validly) any record they can find for themselves under the sun and submitting it. Unless of course someone filters them out for ones they think are interesting and/or important. But then again that would be subjective.

At least some might have been joking, but again it is a fact I believe, if they were to have longest running staff member they could easily do it in the departments too, depending the role they had. Although some dates might not even be that difficult as I know we have a list in the staff forums or management forums for key changes too etc.

I advise this idea be flushed down the toilet before it starts.. going to cause constant arguments, and I don't think some people need their heads to get any larger.. lol
