Habplus (retro) shut down!

i don't get why some people here put down habbo for making pointless updates/wishing old habbo would come back but then put down places where you can experience old school habbo. it's very confusing

Good. Closing down retros will be good for Habbo. I'm kinda surprised though that they've only closed down this one which is so huge now, it's been around for ages and I'm sure they haven't just recently learnt about its existence. But it is good they're cracking down on them.

I suppose it's probably a lot more complicated than that behind the scenes. I'm not actually sure if Habbo would live up to their threat and take legal action or not if Habplus didn't back down. I have a feeling they were banking on the retro panicking and shutting ASAP.

I don't think I've even ever heard of this particular retro but good riddance I get. If it had a million(ish) people signed up hopefully we'll have a few more people coming back to Habbo now.
