From what I've gathered it seems like exactly what's happened to a lot of people in the past, but the consequences are much higher this time. LOADS of people have been rude, and even after an official complaint nothing is done, and lord knows I've seen tons of events start early, hell, I've started my own early in the past and never been told off.

I'm not saying either side is blameless, and I'm not here to judge as I don't know the full story but it does seem a bit questionable.

Surely if you don't think she should be fired and it's been done likewise in the past by previous management then ofc it'd look like nothing had been done because sanctions to staff aren't usually made public. When someone is being rude then the usual course of action is to remind them of the appropriate behaviour expected of them first and then keep an eye on them. Only in extreme circumstances would someone being rude result in a firing. If you think it's unfair then there's an appeals procedure where you PM Myke and he'll investigate.

From a completely neutral point of view, I see why Evanora is being punished. I don't agree with the punishment, but that is up to the management. Not sure why Cassie is being involved into this, but I adamantly disagree with the statement about her. Cassie is always fair and nice in her events.

Neither do i agree with the punishment, But a warning should atleast be in place.
