lolol its just a counter-argument for any complaints "well it's just a trial, it can't hurt" waste of time really.the word acting in habbox means, keep them temp while a manager goes on idk maternity leave then hire them full time when the person gets back anyway. or like in skynuts case, hire them in a new trial role then drag it out for 2 months then hire them full time anyway.
wd tom, very good luck to you me dear x
Well done tom![]()
what was ur role skynus
i always think you're mattgs other account
A good example of this or many of you might not remember is when Sammeth was AGM Staff - He then became ill, I think it was swineflu or something like that and wouldn't be on for a while. I was Forum Manager at the time and Jin gave me the extra role "Acting AGM Staff" while this was going on. Then once he returned, further GM changes were made where Sammeth became Acting General Manager, me still Acting Staff AGM and I left my Forum Manager role months before that. Then more months after me and Sammeth got rid of our "Acting" part of the roles.
Not always a waste in time with what I have said above. It can actually come in use.

Covering illness or being unsure who to choose and deciding to temporarily take the job yourself until you do is a fair use of it but it's not really applicable to this example because there hasn't been an AGM content for a long time. Seems to be the norm for every radical change though when the decision has already been made and just a case of covering your back when in reality they can easily be reversed with or without the trial/acting title.
