I think it's a cool add on to the game, helps new users and also old users get used to the new updated with the speech, and also alt codes!

Yes I was wondering about this. I thought it was one of those question marks that would allow us to click on things, and a window would pop up telling us what they are.
It probably is something planned out for the future.

Oops. I just found out what it was. Going on the client to check it out! Looks really nifty.
