How do you take tablets?

i usually take 2 n swallow them one after the other then take a drink of water

I don't need water but if I have some around then it's easier.

I place the tablet on the tongue then wash it down with some water. It was funny because I remember when I first started taking tablets, my mother was trying to help me, and I remember how she used to flip her head back after she took one, and I would do the same and ask why it was going down. Turns out you actually had to actually swallow the tablet.
