er last yr they made a thread to put suggestions then they chose which ones were going to be included in the awards then u pm your votes! the top 3 from each category are revealed then the winner from each is revealed on habbo and results are posted, showing who was voted for what category and by how many ppl. hope that makes sense! maybe u could suggest best newcomer
