but i really hate the word lunch so when actually syaing it to people i say
breakfast food dinner

Depends where in the day we have the main, hot meal because that is always dinner, the others depend around it
Either; Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner OR Breakfast, Dinner, and Tea.
