do u shower at night or morning

surprised how many people shower the night before... don't you feel grotty in the morning? what happens if you sweat in the night?????? i shower in the morning... even when I have to be up for 5am

I'm definitely both. It really depends if I have time for one in the morning or not. I prefer morning ones espesh if it's early because it just wakes you up for the day. If I was in the gym or anything I'd have one like straight after too

I feel cleaner showering in the morning and can never be arsed on a night, sometimes I can and i'll put wet my hair to make it normal before work lol

I sometimes do both. I do my hair at night tho LOL, sounds like a girl, but yeah if I have trouble waking up I have a quick shower in the morning too.
