Not sure how well length of service will turn out either, but it's worth a shot.
Wow interesting facts thereLets hope things stabalise a bit haha. Having a fresh general management team really gives this chance to happen and hopefully the incentive and commitment will be there and people will start to care about actually shaping habbox for the bettter rather than just a pretty job title.
I think the only way to solve this crisis is to remove Bolt660 from the do not hire list![]()

@Kyle; I'm going through the list of staff and how long they've been in their department - it's pretty much pointless. I'm about half way and the only people that have been in a department longer than a year are:
Jin (Co-Owner)
Sierk (Co-Owner)
xxMATTGxx (General Manager)
Mr-Trainor (Rare Values)
Cassiieee (HxHD)
Most of the rest of the staff I have to go through are HxL DJs that I've never even heard of before, and I'm not sure if some of them even have any posts![]()
