well it'd be so slow that there'd be no point

you're better off doing something else to 20m or so and then flipping alongside frosts or something.

Yes you can start flipping with a low amount of cash.
@Matthew; made a good point. You could Flip and then PvM almost simultaneously. I'm sure there are plenty of guides out there to get you started on flipping. PvM and flipping are my main sources of income.

Just started flipping small amounts. been doing it for about 5-10 minutes & already 50k up. Why didn't i discover this sooner?
obvs when i get more money i'll be doing better items but for now it's working well

~ Cutting elder trees if you are 90+ woodcutting. It will be faster if you're 99.
~ You can make a bit at Miscellenia.
~ Cutting Magic trees
~ Plant herbs(farming) that you think that you can make profit.
~ Bossing (if you have a decent combat level)
~ Killing frost dragons ( need 85 dung)~ bones were like 16k each don't know about now.
