Mostly cook low fat meals and use things like sweetener instead of sugar, frylight instead of oil to cook etc. Walk everywhere and gym/run. I guess I don't smoke or drink either but that isn't a choice I made to be healthy lmao
just eat some curry and drink lots of water!
I'm trying to kick myself back into healthyness. Opted to jog/sprint (5 mins of jog, 2 mins of sprint, repeat x2/3) every 3/4 days, go for a walk the other days. The short bursts in that jogging/sprinting should kick start my metabolism, but also allow it to function properly for a while.
I have a dumbell and I do that intermittently throughout the day, it's restrengthening my **** wrists. Will start doing crunches when the cardio exercise takes effect on my flabby stomach.
Otherwise I'm trying to introduce more vitamin c into my diet and trying to cut out the sweets (but i love them so).
