Maybe you could train on baby blue's in taverly dungeon.. You get good prayer xp -New prayers, and you could get strength and attack to 70 :p
mmm You need 5 herblore levels to be able to do legends.. You could buy say 50 ranarr's, 50 waterfilled vials.. and then go to the crafting guild, behind it and pick the respawning snape grass. That's a easy way to do it. You can sell prayers for 5k maybe 5.5k, ranarr's cost 5k each and vials are 200-300each. You need to make about 100 prayer pots... So that would be a loss of 30-40k for 5herblore levels Not bad

You don't need to buy vials, you can either make them, or just kill water elementals in the elemental workshop (they drop vials of water every time) - which would give you some defence exp
I have a question - everyone keeps going on about experiments - where are they?
Also, where's the best place to train range (from 51-60)
