It is hard to tell but I think she could genuinely be that annoying. When they had the two girls making the coffee and she gave them an order for 20 coffees and she was like ''I am the manager and it's my job to manage, I'm not going to make coffee when I am getting orders'' I mean, come on what a *****. You can't do naff all until these guys have finished serving everyone else and then do the 20 coffees you've just ordered, the quicker you get them done, the more coffee you can sell afterwards.
