Jesus that'd be tough making sauces from scratch, what sort of stuff would you even use for that?

A lot of it is cooking stocks to get different flavours and cooking say an apple and using the juices from it! Pretty time consuming haha but it's in a weird way exciting because you never know what's going to happen!
