What rewards system did your primary or high school use?

Throughout primary school we always had a sticker system... You got a sticker for reading a book. You got a sticker for remaining quiet, or being nice...
It was weird. It was like conditioning... Now I expect a sticker if I am quiet. Lol, just kidding.

We had these cards that teachers fill out if youve done well and the person who collects the most at the end of the year will win a bigger prize

Ours was changed so many times I can't even recall.

Either way it was never actually used past the first week of being introduced.
