Banned.. for being a bot?!

I swear... smh from mods. I gotten banned aswell for "Promoting illegal copy of retro" I'm like. Thank god I got unbanned.

I was banned under the same circumstances. I logged into my alternate ID and went through all of my old accounts, some of which had not been logged in to for nine years. I was banned on both my main ID and the alternate one. "Emma" from Habbo customer support emailed me back just a few hours after my appeal on the 30th that I was unbanned but she actually did not unban me and I've now been waiting on her response since July 30th...

Anyone have any idea how long it takes? This is getting ridiculous how long it is taking - afraid that they will pass the 6 month mark messing around not responding and then I will not be able to be unbanned at all..

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
